Shake up your summer bbq with this zesty corn salad!

Ingredients
4 ears of corn - husks removed
2 teaspoons olive oil
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon salt
juice of 1 lime
1 handful of cilantro - roughly chopped
2-3 tablespoons crumbled cotija cheese/queso fresco cheese
Directions
Grease the entrire corn with olive oil and season with smoked paprika, cumin, salt.
Grill over medium heat 10-12 minutes, turning throughout.
Allow corn to cool slightly, then cut corn off the cob and combine in a bowl along with lime juice, cilantro, and cheese.
Serve cold or hot.
